The scenery is entirely fictitious.
For FS2004 and
for FS2002 === not tested but should work. It will not list in the 'Go To' menu, on the Simulator's map nor on the GPS.
The coordinates are: N49* 46.7700' W124* 09.3600'
John McAllister's fisheries is situated some 50 nm North West of Vancouver Int'l Airport. Lots of candies, including the very nice Power Transmission Tower made by Guy Jutras, Master in Scenery Design. The runway is made of steel slabs.

KNOW ISSUES and stuff: (those lines are to keep the bug chasers and nit pickers happy)
I made this scenery so it is best used in the summer.
If you are using a mesh you may see some elevation problems with certain items. Still, I know of one item off, but I won't tell you which one it is. Could not do better with this one.
Nit pickers and bug chasers are NOT welcomed to send me their comments. You do not like it, sorry, I will double your money back. Just send me a copy of your invoice.
If I find a way to improve an item or a texture, even if this item or texture is used in a previous release, I reserve the right to change it anytime.

I N S T A L L A T I O N
====== N E W ===== special objects installation.
I have decided to use some very nice vehicles and other objects made by Lars Höyer. These also have the advantage of being easy on the frame rate. This way, I can give you more for your money (sic).
You will need to download and install (execute) his file ONLY ONCE for this and all other sceneries using these objects. The name of the file is: ExtraObjects_v1_0.zip
This is very easy to do and should cause you no difficulty. Any question about this file should be directed directly to the creator, Lars Höyer. His addy is in his download file.

Place the CONTENTS ONLY of the addon scenery folder into: (DO NOT USE IN FS2002)
xxxxxxx/Flight Simulator 9/Addon Scenery/Scenery NOTICE THE WORD SCENERY IS REPEATED HERE.
NOTE: FOR THE NEXT STEP, IT IS BEST IF YOU USE THE METHOD EXPLAINED IN THE ENCLOSED "Alternative installation, BC Short Hops"

Place the COMPLETE FOLDER "McAllister" with its contents where you usually install your sceneries, normally: xxxxxxx/Flight Simulator 9/Addon Scenery
If you wish, after, you may cut and paste the CONTENTS ONLY of the texture folder into the main texture
folder of your simulator. DO NOT REMOVE THE EMPTY FOLDER OR IT WON'T WORK.
Activate in the scenery library.
Restart Flight Simulator and enjoy
